Convertedin "the App” provides automation for social ads both prospecting and retargeting, directly form the products feed to their social feeds without human interaction "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

• Personal Information the App Collects When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: Read Customers, Read Orders, Read Themes, Read Draft Orders, Read Script Tags, Write Script Tags
  Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from your customers once you have installed the App:
  1. Information about individuals who visit your store, such as their first and last name, spendings, email and phone.
  2. Also we collect personal information from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: “pixels” are a code that you place on your website. It collects data that helps you track conversions from social networks ads, optimize ads, build targeted audiences for future ads, and remarket to people who have already taken some kind of action on your website.
• How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

  We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: retarget store customers through automated ads improving the ads experience through only showing what is relevant and what matters

  We don’t share the data we collect with any parties, however the store owner can download the data we generate as such segments data, and by download we mean he can have an offline version of it.

  Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

  Behavioural Advertising As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
